Meet the Director
After graduation from Southampton University with a degree in Civil Engineering, I spent a decade working for varied engineering consultancies on projects ranging from retail parks to residential housing to communication masts and bridges. As Project Manager I was lucky enough to be involved and responsible for projects from the initial site search, through design and negotiation of planning, all the way through to construction and completion.
I took an opportunity early in my career to lead land searches for sites suitable for several national infrastructure rollouts. Meeting with landowners, negotiating with local authorities and drawing together a team of experts with the many skills to navigate the Town and Country Planning efficiently and to meet or exceed the exacting timescales of a nationwide build project.
A further 20 years in the property development and construction building a network of brilliant professionals as well as completing projects of all sorts.
My experience has resulted in a broad range of skills and a commercial and technical awareness that helps me to make good decisions that increase the chances of success and lead to winning outcomes for landowners and the UK.
