Case Study

Mascot Road, Bristol

A tight and complex site close to the centre of Bristol. The area offered the chance to build much needed houses on a brownfield site.

The site presented several challenges, including restricted access, close proximity to existing dwellings, and the presence of established trees that required careful consideration.

We led negotiations with the local authority to secure an option agreement that shared the rewards of the scheme. Although the process was protracted, it resulted in a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.

Bristol City Council requested a significant amount of additional supporting information. Through our network of consultants and building professionals, we were able to assemble and deliver the required material efficiently.

Planning permission was secured for four houses, and the land was subsequently sold at auction.
