A site that had previously been identified as having potential for development. We approached the landowner as they were unaware of the status of the site in the Local Plan.

We used a trusted Topographical Survey Company and our Transport and Highways and Architect partners to establish the best way to make maximum gains from the site. We were able to resolve the initial concerns of access to the main road.

The site has potential for a development of 20-24 new dwellings.
