St Martins, Shropshire
After a local land agent declined to take the project forward, we were invited to provide our assessment.
We began by carrying out in‑depth research into the Local Plan for Shropshire Council (SC). The planning inspectorate had recently rejected the plan, and a Call for Sites was the next likely step.
We prepared a comprehensive submission to inform Shropshire Council of the many benefits of the site with an aim of achieving Site Allocation.
We entered dialogue with the Planning Policy whilst at the same time contacting developers and the statutory undertakers (electricity/water/gas) to demonstrate the deliverability and viability of the site.
